At the LKCE in Hamburg I had the opportunity to give my talk two times – in German as well as in English. Now after the event there are two good news, one for me an one for you. The good one for me: Both my talks have been voted by the participants on ranks one and two of the best talks! I am overwhelmed and very happy about it. Thank you!

Before this year ends I had the opportunity to talk about false assumptions on business agility one more time – in beautiful Paris. On 29 November I was able to spread my message right at the beginning of Lean Kanban France and the conversations afterwards showed me one more time: The attempt to build an agile organization by optimizing and agilizing isolated teams is an international problem. But I was extremely happy to see that the Kanban community is also rapidly growing in France. About 250 people visited and the demand is rising – so next year LKFR will have to move to a bigger location.
