I had the pleasure of speaking at the London Lean Kanban Days 2016 on 18-19 April in London. When my friend Jose Casal invites to a conference one can be sure that it will be a lovely event. And so it was! Most of the Kanban thought leaders met and I got the feeling like being on a school reunion. I enjoyed numerous discussions on the latest insights of knowledge work.
I found it also very exciting that besides the “regular” speaker slots, there was one track with workshops. The participants got the chance to dive deeper into certain topics. My contribution was a workshop too – I did the paper ship building experiment.
To put the cherry on the cake, there was not a single cloud on the heaven! My bottom line: super conference, super people, super city, super weather. What else do you need? I’m already looking very much forward to the London Lean Kanban Days 2017!
