The year 2016 started with 30 degrees celsius – very nice! The 1st and 2nd February was training time in Bangkok – two days Applying Kanban. I had the pleasure to work with an awesome group who learnt Kanban basic knowledge and immediately applied it to their real life scenarios. The output was four Kanban systems that will be started in real working contexts. That’s what I call a practical training.
